Refund policy

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date.

Eligible items for return must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags intact.

The original packaging must be included in the return.

Please note that all Archive Sale items are non-refundable.

Items tried and purchased in-store are not eligible for return.

 

Exchanges:

Exchange requests can be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

The item for exchange must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags attached.

In case the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will either issue a refund or provide alternative options.

 

Process:

Contact our customer service team(hello@wearsisters.com) to initiate your return or exchange.

Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
