Article 1 – Parties

Buyer: The person whose name, address and contact details are entered at checkout on www.wearsisters.com.

Article 2 – Subject

This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the goods ordered by the Buyer on www.wearsisters.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 – Goods, Price and Delivery

The goods, quantities, prices including VAT, shipping cost, payment method and delivery address are as shown in the order summary at checkout and in the order confirmation e-mail, which form an integral part of this Agreement. Delivery is made to the address given by the Buyer within 30 days at the latest. Made-to-order items are delivered within the production time stated on the product page.

Article 4 – Seller's Obligations

The Seller delivers the goods intact, complete and in accordance with the order, together with the invoice. If the ordered goods cannot be supplied, the Seller informs the Buyer before the delivery period ends and refunds any amount paid within 14 days.

Article 5 – Buyer's Obligations

The Buyer confirms having read the Pre-Information Form and accepted it electronically before placing the order. The Buyer should check the goods on delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier.

For made-to-order items, the Buyer agrees to send their measurements (bust, waist, hips, height) via WhatsApp to +90 530 360 32 30 after the order, as requested in the order confirmation e-mail. The item is produced according to the measurements provided.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by notifying the Seller at hello@wearsisters.com or via WhatsApp. The goods must be returned within 10 days of the notice, unworn, undamaged, with tags and in original packaging. The Seller refunds the price within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Article 7 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Made-to-order items are goods prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs and are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ç) of the Distance Contracts Regulation; they cannot be returned or refunded. Before checkout, the Buyer confirms this by ticking the box "I understand that made-to-order items cannot be returned; only exchanges are accepted."

Exchange: an exchange for a made-to-order item may be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged and with all tags attached. Defective items or items not matching the order are repaired or replaced free of charge. This does not limit the Buyer's statutory rights for defective goods.

Swimwear and bikinis are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons once their protective packaging or hygiene seal has been opened.

Article 8 – Disputes

The Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or the Seller's place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

Article 9 – Effect

This Agreement is concluded electronically when the Buyer confirms the order at checkout. The Agreement remains accessible to the Buyer at www.wearsisters.com/pages/distance-sales-agreement.
